These cacs fake stunting in the gym with the bumper weights....thought these boys were deadlifting legit 315 and 405....:mjlol: There is like a outside gym portion for deadlifts and olympic lifts which is real nice. Got 455 for two reps and called it a night. Dude tried to come up to me and "advised" me to use a lifting belt and gloves. :heh:

I got all that and a fatigued shoulder, even though I didn't do anything with it.

How long did it take you to bounce back from the shoulder surgery
i got operated on jan 31, i was in pt by mid feb, back in gym by mid march, and doing upper body work by mid apr

really depends on the extent of your injury, invasiveness of surgery, age, physical fitness level before surgery, quality of rehab etc

i think i got pretty lucky on all fronts :yeshrug:

Skip the wrist wraps. You want to build up your wrist strength.
Why are you benching 4 times a week? Most you should be doing is 3 times a week, if you give yourself a one day break after a workout.
