maybe he is giVing you a single leg press which I tend to do...I can squat 315 for a few reps now, but I tell ppl I leg press 110 or so bc I do it on 1 leg...otherwise, he exposed himselfYeah those numbers don't make sense unless he wasn't doing a full ROM on squats![]()

nahh…lifting shoes generally are hard (for olympic lifting)…so they are almost the exact opposite of shoes you run/jog in.Might have to look into these since I looking for better lifting/workout kicks. How are these for light jogging/running?
