I been working out/bulking for near 6 months and havent done cardio in probably a year and a half since rehab for my acl reconstructed knee. Im lazy as fukk, high volume seems to burn enough. Do y'all do cardio when you bulk?

On another forum, this dude was all proud that he could squat 400+ pounds, but his leg press was in the 300+ lbs.I told him that you can usually do more in the leg press because your body is involving less of the lower back. I told him he's probably not going down low enough in the squat, I didn't call him a liar or a p*ssy because he was a relatively cool dude. He didn't think so. So I suggested that he get a cell phone video of himself doing a squat with heavy weight. He thought that was a good idea. He never replied about that video or his squat capabilities after that.
I took a video of myself once just to make sure how low I'm going. Not ATG but about parallel.

Now that I think about it, I think he said his leg press was in the 500s, so it made no sense that his squat was close to his leg press. You can usually do double or more in leg press than you can do squats.Yeah those numbers don't make sense unless he wasn't doing a full ROM on squats![]()

I have no fukking clue how much I'm going to need to eat to keep up my energy and prevent myself from losing more than a pound per week....I'm starting at 2700 calories but I really think I might end up in the mid-3000's after some experimenting. Bulking is gonna be impossible if it ever comes to that. I have about 8 lbs I can shed (I will be shredded as fukk again) but at that point I can't lose anymore without sacrificing the small amount of muscle mass that keeps me shapely![]()
