filling up the 1 liter beaker with oatmeal and then pouring hot water over it is the cheapest, most effective and most disgusting way you can bulk up :russ:
You on the right track with the oatmeal but hot water? :cmonjay: I made oatmeal smoothies with other ingredients and they'd be 900-1100 calories

Re the Oatmeal Debate,are yall brehs saying its wrong to use Water cuz thats what ive been doing for a minute now:guilty:
No it's not wrong at all but he was talking about for bulk smoothies. Doesn't make sense to have a shyt ton of oats. Just have like 2 cups, milk, some coconut/olive oil, whey. Put it all in a blender and drink it. More calories yet far easier to consume

....Been a while Coli gym brehs....sigh...these rigorous academic pursuits (+ work commitments) have left me no choice but to divorce any semblance of a social life until further notice. So yea I'm leading kind of a soul sucking intermittent hiatus lifestyle for the moment. All work & no play play per se.....on the bright side though the gym....my sanctuary has proven to be a great form of escapism from the daily doldrums that is modern 1st world life! Kept at it & recently had the honour of completing my first ever PL meet (nothing major local stuff was something on my bucket list). Didn't win shyte... I placed a very humbling sixth /13 in the overall rankings & I seriously recommend doing this to any of you Coli power lifters out there. My best 1RM lifts on the day were as follows;

Squat: 182.5kg – 405lbs
Bench: 130kg - 287lbs
Deads: 227.5kg – 501lbs

Big 3 Total = 540kg = 1190.7 lbs
I was trying to go out with a ~545kg/ 1200lbs total, but failed to up my game on squats & bench...got the :camby:from the judge on the max attempts


Body weight currently at 93.5Kg - 207lbs....feeling :flabbynsick:..need to jump on a cut as I got a holiday/visit to the motherland lined up soon...
