:sas1:decided to hit the gym(shoulder day) and did some speed bag drills as well. Need to buy some wraps for the punching bag. Delts are sore as fukk.:whoo:

filling up the 1 liter beaker with oatmeal and then pouring hot water over it is the cheapest, most effective and most disgusting way you can bulk up :russ:

Weighted dips is easily becoming one of my favorite exercises. Well, actually it already is :blessed:
I used to do them. Can't anymore due to shoulder issues.
Anyway, when I could do one rep with 135 lbs (three 45 lbs plates), my triceps got big like NFL linesman big. Then, I moved, went to another gym that didn't have a dip station and my triceps shrunk down. :snoop:

Some guy was squatting next to me yesterday and was telling me he wanted to hit clean reps at parallel or just below. Guy kept getting people to spot him for singles and asked them every time if he hit parallel. They kept telling him he was, but breh every single time he wasn't even close :mindblown:. Eventually failed on 365.

I know not to give unsolicited advice on form in the gym or else they get all :demonic:, but man it was kinda hard to hold it in and not say anything.

Starting a very physical job soon, had to take a physical fitness/strength test to get hired. They said I scored the highest total score they have had to date:wow:

Little scrawny ass 5'9" 165 lbs Adam out here outperforming all these small town manly mem blue collar Iowa farmboys:wow:

They have this equipment that locks a stationary bar that you have to lift against, so they resistance is unmoveably heavy:damn:

Had me do: (both arms)

Grip strength
Pinch strength
Wrist rotation inside and outside
Wrist curl
Bicep curl
Front shoulder raise
Stiff legged deadlift
Deadlift

Most squats in 15 seconds
Most situps in 15 seconds
Dealifting a box with weight in it up to a table 4 times in 20 seconds, adding 10 lbs each time up to 100 lbs with only 20 seconds rest

Anyone in this forum would pass with flying colors....I just thought it was crazy that my little ass self had the highest score against all these rednecks out here:heh:

Interesting test :leon: a Semtex approved strength test is hard to come by. For cops they have a bench press test :leostare:

Cedar Rapids through my youth, Quad Cities post college

Recently, an hour south of Des Moines in a small town called Chariton. Former corporate location for Hy-Vee, now just home to a distribution center which I will be working in stacking pallets of produce. fukking wife cant find a permanent job. Moved 7 times in 8 years
