My schedule's pretty different from my friends. I usually work out early in the mornings before work during the week. The weekends are usually the times I work out with other people. I don't go as hard as I would normally go compared to when I work out by myself, but it still is fun to be social every once in a while :yeshrug:

My hard work is usually put in during the weekdays anyway. Weekends are optional on some "what muscles do I wanna hit again this week". Plus working out with others usually doubles your time at the gym.

Something I don't have time for. Get in, do my work, get out. I ain't trying to be there for 2 hours and shyt.

About to hit this rec in 10 minutes. Mizzou's rec center is laid the fukk out. I think they were ranked as the best school rec center in the country. Too bad there's only one on campus and it's always packed at every minute of the day. Hate that shyt.

Haven't really had the time to be in the gym an hour a day and doing all kinds of accessory exercises...I've been sticking to the basics with added weight and I've been able to maintain my temple I've built in 4 years.:patrice:

I just started back after 4 months off, and I already look like I never took time off from the gym....

Did 275 for 8 reps on squats yesterday, followed up by 280 for a 5x3 with one minute rest in between.

I'm really feeling it now :mjcry:

Doing powerlifting programming belted is way more painful than beltless.

I've enjoyed this long process of losing weight but when I'm playing ball and I feel myself getting pushed about significantly easier than I was before, it just reminds me that this is just half the journey. The strength gaining process after losing this weight is gonna stress me out :snoop:

I started with 4 miles and then did four 0.25 mile jogs in between sets of triceps. Total of five miles.

I've been working on my own for a long time. Since I'm not doing bench anymore, I don't bother asking for a spot. I did ask for a spot a couple weeks ago on the squat. It saved from bottoming out on a 315 lbs. attempt.

The New Years resolution crowd "seems" to be thinning out.
