Great to be back in the gym brehs


Did some light compound exercises, deadlifts and overhead press.

I felt weak as fukk but that's expected with this liquid diet


I'm gonna try to eat some solid foods tnite hope my mouth doesn't bleed

I worked out on Saturday. Did biceps and ran 4 miles. I don't particularly like running most of my workout, but I have to since I can't beast it on the upper body anymore.
The good thing is that I watched my eating this weekend so I went down in weight instead of up. I eat like a hippo on the weekends. Pretty disgusting.

Yeah I actually never work out with anyone. I like to roll with my own schedule instead of someone else's and don't like to chit chat that much.
