i've tried many different pre-workout energy drinks, none of them give me energy
i read ppls reviews about that energy boost they experience like :mjcry:
shyt doesnt even give me tingles, and the only sign that something is going on that ive experienced is weird anxious feeling but no energy boost

i do as the directions say.. the last one i tried was noxplode, followed the directions. eventually i had 2 full scoops and still nothing, my friends/relatives who use it all say it gives them crazy energy but i didnt feel shyt
i did try c4 also, bought it at costco. only thing i felt with that one was tingles on my skin but no energy.
maybe im immune to these shyts

Try to cycle it off for about 2 weeks or a month then pick it back up but try 2 scoops if you get the tingles that's a start but I can't think of anything else atm

Man today was def not my best workout day, well sort of. In the morning I did my normal full body workout as usual. After I finish my bench press, push press, & squat circuits. I get a call that my grandma has a flat tire so obviously I gotta stop working out and help her out. That basically took 3 hours to get AAA to come here and get this whole thing figured out. So I go get subway for lunch & then get a coffee then go straight back to the gym to finish my Deadlift, low row & pull ups circuit.

And after doing those I feel like crap :\. I mean when someone from the family calls for help, you gotta help them. At least I was able to finish the workout.

I think I felt sluggish yesterday because I ate a whole large pizza before the workout. If today's workout is shytty then I'm deloading.

C4 was garbage for me. I tried it a couple times then returned the tub. I'm on this shyt called Legion Pulse. Get it off Amazon, if that shyt don't work then idk. I just got a free tub of Max-HP from @diggy . It works just as well as the Legion Pulse. I tried it today instead and I got the similiar pump and focus.

You can't really go by the tingling sensation. You just gotta go with how you feel when you're lifting. I don't feel tingly at all really but i get the boost. I also don't cycle off. I don't see a point.
