doing arms today light chest all the machines are taking and flat benchs

I worked on legs yesterday. Was too pooped to jog a mile afterwards. I got in 9 sets of squats.
Just made some some Leg Press gains

Depends on what kind of leg workout. I start low and go up every set, I can stay at the same weight every set, or I can start heavy and go down.Do you stick with the same weight on your squats or do you go up in increments I just started doing 10 sets on my leg days start with 135 n work my way up till I feel I can't go any more
