was good coli gymnist. i been doing some research on bodyweight training but i'm confused as fukk and would like some help on setting up a routine. i'll be in the beginning stage and i want to start monday, but it's been difficult to get some info specific to my situation.
i got a barbell with 4- 10lb weights and 2- 5lb weights./ bench
and i got 2 of 10lb,15lb,20lb dumbells.
i want to follow something similar to the following, but i'm having a hard time figuring out what would be the right amount of weights to use on the barbell with my beginner self. should i go 30lbs on the barbell? 10lbs on each side and 5lbs on each side? and how can i incorporate dumbbells into my routine? what exercises would allow me to get the best use of my equipment?
am i over thinking it? my thing is i just want to do it right so i dont injure myself and get the best results.
