I'm heavier than I have been in at least 2 years (intentionally, not by accident)
Said I was done bulk/cut cycling but fukk it did it anyway
In my most recent leanest state I was 158, past bulking cycles I have quit once I got up to around 167 because I felt i was getting too fat (I hate losing abs). Today I'm up to 169 and not even panicking yet. So I think I did a better job putting on actual muscle this time instead of just fat.
Didn't do much different other than I only used bulking calories on my lifting days, then used maintenance calories on my non-lifting days. In the past I used bulking calories every day.
EDIT: Oh wait, I DID do something else different this time. I bumped up my reps from 5 average to 8-10 average on compound movements.
