brehs just found out I was bulking at like 1500 over maintenance :mjcry:

i knew I shant have trusted the first calorie calculator I seen :mjcry:

fukk this I'm going on a emergency diet and then slow bulking for the rest of my life I cant deal wtih not seeing my abs man :mjcry:

i swear its some good lookin guys in there when i go through i wonder how the dudes look after 5 who coming through to get that post work-day workout... :takedat:

And yesterday i just couldnt get into my workout... i shoulda took some peanut butter & apples with me. i had zero energy.

I think I felt sluggish yesterday because I ate a whole large pizza before the workout. If today's workout is shytty then I'm deloading.
What kind of meal is that? :to:
I used to eat a whole medium pizza back in the day.

Whats up coli brehs i need help im 5'7 268 i work 12 hr shift

breakfast i eat 1 scoops of protein 180 cal
1 cup 0f 1% milk dont know how many cal

Lunch i eat leg quarter or chicken breast 240 cal
brown rice,mxed veggies

skip dinner
run on treadmill or eliptical for 25 min
and lift weights for 30 min 4x a week

is this enough i need help plz

Enough to do what? What kind of fitness goals do you have?

Yea one of those did me in early in the game

This last overbulk was all me though :mjcry:

had a nikka straight foolin eating ice cream and shyt for carbs :troll:

went like a full week on like 3200 calories since my maintenance was 'posed' to be like 2400. I was gaining a lot of fat very fast and was like :wtf: looked up a iifym calculator and turns out my bulking calories are like 2200 :mjcry: look at that number in disgust drove to the grocery store and put myself on a strict ass diet. NVM the fact i'm going to a rave next week with all the cute lil hipster thots and quickest way to get play is run around shirtless and I decide to bulk b4 that.

i cain take this no more end it now :mjcry:

2200 aint no bulking calories. You aint gonna gain shyt on that even at 135 lbs

You were just cutting on that a couple months ago, bruh

Real world experience >>>>> calculators

You got fat at 3200 because thats what happens when people bulk, they get fat.

Something aint right with a calculator that says 2200.
