So I witnessed some intense ridicule on Wednesday night .....:pachaha:

I was busy foam rolling pre-lifting when out the corner of my eye I catch this absurd top heavy retard setting up shop a few paces down from me.

Whilst he went about gathering various equipment from the inventory I had the :wtf::mindblown: faces going on thinking the fukk kinda contraption is this guy setting up.

So once the kettle bells, some bands, dumb bells and the semi circle balance ball shyte was gathered I knew what time it was, this fool was about that unconventional Ol 'trying to reinvent the wheel' life:mjlol:

Anyway so my man proceeds to do his kettlebell/ dumbell hybrid workout on this fukkin half moon type ball device...exercise looked a little like this (stock photo)

^^ so he would do the exact above i.e KB squats and DB lateral raises thereafter super setting shyte, obviously my man got alot of WTF type looks but he probably mistook them for :myman::leon:.

In the 3rd pic after going from a squat this muffuka decides to channel the spirit of Mr Miyagi & transition into that iconic 80's karate kid pose with some heavy ass Kettle bells in both hands on some one legged balance ball squat -crane shyt.

Well it was inevitable :shaq2: this muffuka lost his balance & fell backwards (head first) on one leg onto the hard wooden floor tossing the kettle bells mid fall! I wish I coud l have captured this fascade on tape .......I can't explain to you the severity of laughter that ensued thereafter, even the muffukin middle aged zumba ladies were having a laugh at this fools theatrics :dead:. It was truly a moment made to be....on some when keeping it real goes wrong type shtyte:lolbron:

Well, that balance stuff on the half-ball object is pretty hard to do. I wouldn't do it with weights though. Exercise movements without weights is hard enough. It forces you to keep your legs and abs flexing while doing whatever.

What do I do on it? I put both feet on the flat side, squat down with arms in front like I'm a down-hill skier. Then, stand back up. I do that for 10 reps. I'll do that for 2 sets. Just a warm up thing to do, not a major exercise routine. It's hard than it looks. One-legged stand is almost impossible for me without the whole platform wiggling like a seizure patient, and that's without weights or anything. I'd have to give some props for that dude even trying.

Worked on back. Pulling like 70 lbs on the cable row. :snoop: Then, I hold it for 10 seconds. Can't go heavy anymore. :snoop:
Jogged 3 miles.

This is basically what I do nowadays. I don't sweat carb and calorie intake on days I'm not lifting, I focus on protein intake since muscles are recovering on those days. On days I do lift I get moderate protein and high carbs.

will this lead to muscle gain tho. lets say i'm on a bulk and want to do it clean and at a surplus of 500 cal a day. so something like 3500 for lift/1500 for non lift. according to this article i can build the muscle without ballooning up to hilarity?

Yeah I'd say it's a fairly smart way to go about it.
