This is what roid users say to make it seem they're not giving themselves a ridiculous advantage over naturals.

Fact is roids build lean muscle without doing anything at all. Resistance training boosts it exponentially.

The 10 week Study
  • Group 1 did NOT do any form of exercise, and did NOT receive any form of steroids or drugs. (Natural guys doing no weight training.)
  • Group 2 did NOT do any form of exercise, but they received weekly injections of 600 mg of testosterone enanthate. (Drug users doing no weight training.)
  • Group 3 DID exercise, but they did NOT receive any form of steroids or drugs. (Natural guys doing weight training.)
  • Group 4 DID exercise, and they also received weekly injections of 600 mg of testosterone enanthate. (Drug users doing weight training.)


Results
  • Group 1 (no exercise, natural) experienced no significant changes. No surprise there.
  • Group 2 (no exercise, drug use) was able to build about 7 pounds of muscle. That’s not a typo. The group receiving testosterone injections and NOT working out at all gained 7 pounds of muscle.
  • Group 3 (exercise, natural) was able to build about 4 pounds of muscle.
  • Group 4 (exercise, drug use) was able to build about 13 pounds of muscle.

I jogged 3 miles yesterday. Did some biceps and plyometric exercises, box jumps.





Side note, bunch of PAWGs were at the gym. :shaq: Patterned print on stretch black pants seems to be a new fashion item in the gym.

I'm 6'5, 243 and I've got the lines showing now. I'm far from ripped but at least my stomach isn't a complete lump anymore. I was completely :flabbynsick: 9 months ago (314lbs :sadbron:) & I'm trying to get to 210lbs by the end of March.

I just copped a one month gym membership with unlimited classes for $10 on Groupon. Well it was $20 but I had $10 in groupon bucks. It's been too cold to run outdoors in the morning so this is right on time. I'm thinking of using it for the month of Feb and just keep working out at home for these last two weeks of this month.

What kind of grip are you guys using on deadlift?? had a ole head correct my form and grip I usually do sumo grip but I tried double over hand just to fix my form with 135 I notice a little difference might make the form switch any advice???

I would stick with double overhand if you can. Use straps if you have to.

The flu is no joke. This shyt has had me on my ass since Sunday. Literally 90 percent of the time bed ridden. Man I didn't even get a fair shake at being a new year resolutioner :wow:
