Morning cardio if you can..............brehs ive been working this job for 6 months its my first job where im basically on the phone and sitting down all day. it truly as taken a toll on me im 10 lbs heavier and i feel it and can see it. ive just switched eating habits to compensate. im in the gym everyday. but what do i need to do and avoid. ive let myself go and cant see my abs anymore

I was gonna say at the gym, outdoor cardio is rough if conditions arent absolutely perfecti want to start doing that its rough when you get up in the morning and its 3 degrees out. i just started bustin out 100-200 perfect pushups at work now

Gonna be rough to cut calories with low activity... better to just get more activity in.

I think it's very doable but people choose to focus on bench press. You have to strengthen your whole entire body to make gains at overhead press tho
I can honestly say I've only seen numbers like that been done once in my life at my gym.
