Good first day for RPT. Did 3 reps of 410 deadlift then 5 reps of 370. Chins were easy too. Gotta work on my Pendlay Rows tho.

Especially when you are cutting. 1 meal for you would be like half a cookie. 1.5 buffalo wings. The crust from 1 slice of breadI think I'd do really good with intermittent fasting. I find it hard as hell to eat more than a few meals a day. The thought of like 6 meals a day is status to me LOL.
