i wouldnt do it(particularly hypertrophy days)

you might be able to get away with it on power days

This might be a stupid question, but fasted training on a high volume program like PHAT = big NO NO, right?

when i first started PHAT i was doing IF.

i used to do fasted lower body and chest/arms hypertrophy days fast because i did them very early in the morning (fri's and sat's, made having weekend plans easier).

they were extremely tough and taxing. i found it way more manageable once i got used to not eating in the morning, but they were still very tough,.

the chest/arms day always seems to be the longest/toughest workout IMO

but fridays after doing the lower body hypertrophy day at 530am, then going to work fast all morning, noon would roll around...

and i'd hit up d'agostino's near my office, get a whole rotisserie bird, a side of veggies and some rice, and wolf that entire shyt down in about 20 mins. :youngsabo:
