I remember about a month back this cat comes to the rack next to mine, tries to throw on some weight like he's doing big things. I gradually increase from 135 to 225 with ease. This cat then tries to the same but only goes parallel. I knew shyt was about to get real. So I increase from 225 to 315.and knock that out with ease again. This cat, tries to load his bar to 275, and this time can do a quarter squat, except this dude gets stuck trying balance the weight, I immediately did aas I was coming back from the water fountain then did a
And to see if the guy needed help, needless to say, he somehow managed to channel his inner fight or flight stress call, through the weight back up. Needless to say he left the squat rack immediately
Olympic lifting is an old sport and has a sanctioning body that's been around for decades, so it's pretty hard to make fun of competitors.
