I swear I've lost explosiveness since I've started taking my weight, gym and nutitrition seriously :mjcry:

When I was overweight, I could dunk but since I've lost a ton of weight, I don't feel like Im powering up to the rim like I used to be able to and it's frustrating because I'm a lot lighter than I was before.

I need to hit this weight target ASAP so I can start building my strength back up :mjcry:

Not even doing precise calorie counting (just sticking in the 2000-2500 range) or paying attention to any macro outside of protein. Just letting TIME work its magic.

8 weeks in. Still gonna give it another couple weeks as long as I dont get ugly vascularity

Eventually I will add a few more hundred calories in to try and hit a maintenance point. I still would like to build muscle over time, so if I gain a bit due to variances in my eating schedule then so be it. But I doubt I will go over 165 again without restricting calories again. (I'm referring to dry morning weight of course, I already weigh mid to upper 160's in the afternoon when holding water).

The only problem I have with being this lean is that a poor fitting t-shirt makes me look skinny as fukk. As long as I can get a tight fit around the shoulders and sleeves that still allow me to expose my beautiful 3D triceps then I at least look like I lift a bit, and look athletic. But crummy t-shirts make me look like I need to eat a sandwich:wtb:

The main benefit I have found to being this lean (other than abs obviously) is that it exposes the cut of your pectorals nicely. I have always lacked mass there, but I don't look quite as imbalanced now as I did a few months ago. Having a flat stomach and getting rid of fat in the lower pec/extreme upper ab region has been the key.

A middle aged Asian man at my gym works out in a white nike tee, navy sweatpants and loafers every morning. It's not like one day he forgot his gym bag or his clothes were in the wash. This is his day in day out gym attire.

edit: meant to write dress pants. Sweatpants isn't too weird that it would warrant it's own post :heh:

Stop staring at me all the time bro. I thought you were a homo or something.

Day 4 of 1200 calorie medical diet and I'm so sad guys. I'm not hungry, just sad. This is no way to live.
I'm not allowed to be active yet, which means my work stress is getting to me and I'm having a hard time sleeping well through the night.
I just miss my gym time, looking at my gym bag all neglected in my back seat.

Another funny thing... I don't see it too much... but brehs who get competitive as fukk when they are lifting close to somebody else

I saw this the other day. I go in to do a basic upper body workout. I'm fukking around with paused bench, going up from 225, 235, 245... this clown is doing 1/2 rep maxes at least 10 lbs heavier than me. I do some other shyt, then go and do overhead DB tricep extensions. Dude was doing incline DB press, immediately stopped to do what I was doing. I hit 5 sets of 85x10, this clown is struggling with at least 105. Mind u dude is a good 30-40lbs smaller than me, and not much leaner if at all. I wonder how much progress one can make on the "lift 10-30lbs more than whatever the breh next to me is lifting with half reps" program :snoop:
That's nothing you should cacs trying keep up with me doing squats.....

I'll start off with just the bar, to get a sense of motion but quickly work my way up to the big leagues.....

I've hurt someone egos and seen idiots straight out embarrass themselves, especially in front of their girl :mjlol:

I remember about a month back this cat comes to the rack next to mine, tries to throw on some weight like he's doing big things. I gradually increase from 135 to 225 with ease. This cat then tries to the same but only goes parallel. I knew shyt was about to get real. So I increase from 225 to 315.and knock that out with ease again. This cat, tries to load his bar to 275, and this time can do a quarter squat, except this dude gets stuck trying balance the weight, I immediately did a :mjlol: as I was coming back from the water fountain then did a :sas2:
