I did legs yesterday. I am out of town and at a hotel. I knew they had a good gym so I was going to prepare to bring what I needed.
Then, when I get ready to workout, I noticed that I forgot my weight lifting belt.... and any shorts or workout pants.I did my squat workout in jeans yesterday.
Anyway, I warmed up with 135 x 10 for two sets. Then did 7 sets with 225 lbs for 7 reps.
I've forgotten sneakers while out of town. So, I worked out in my dress shoes with my workout clothes. I looked like a fresh-off-the-boat Asian, zero fashion sense. Anyway, I couldn't do cardio but I did do squats because dress shoes have a hard heel, and are much like Olympic weight lifting shoes.
I have worked out in socks before. Had people looking likeIm like 'can i help u, do u need a spot, have u never seen a paid negro in socks?

I keep all my gym shyt in a big ass bookbag now. shyt is kinda ridiculous but I CAN'T forget anything now.
Narrowed my high bar stance today since I've recently acquired the mobility to do so. Squats been feeling good brehs. I actually don't dread doing them anymore.

225? ATG? That's far too heavy and going down that low will injure your knees. I prefer keeping about a 135 degree angle between my shins and thighs. Much safer.
