Legs have been sore for 3 days. Sometimes I wonder why I put myself through it and then I look in the mirror and get my answer.

Back and shoulder hypertrophy day....but my sister and mom came to visit me. I'm getting that itch to go hit the weights, but they won't let me...talking about I'm addicted. :bryan:

Went well.

16 weeks, +13ish lbs, the least sloppy I've ever bulked at the time (not saying much).

I'd approach it a little bit differently now though.

Drop some knowledge on me. I've been looking into it so I'm familiar with the basics.

I kinda have a stupid question. On days that you are not working out, is it important to pay attention to the amount of protein you're getting on those days?
