just took a legit 2lb shyt, feeling light as a feather :ahh:

i dont know what it is, but i had regular everyday movements up until i hit 155

ever since it might be every 2 days at best :to: diet hasnt changed either

Brehs, my months of hard work and dedication paid off on my vacation to europe. Hit the beaches in Croatia hard and had the bytches going :ooh:. Slayed more ass than I could ever imagine.

Now, back in Canada and feeling :flabbynsick::shaq2: after three weeks of nothing but drinking and eating like mad. Time to hit the gym and reup for the rest of summer

did resistance tube upright rows to failure (5 minutes) my neck and traps ain't never felt/looked like that :damn:

My dumb ass was browsing the coli between sets And fukked around had 55lbs on one side and 65 on the other. I was like :wtf: why my right side leanin so hard. Did 3 reps and was like my arm must be hurt. Got up looked and noticed the uneven weight :russ: :snoop:
