Slowly switching routines still doing upper and lower days but not truly power of hypertrophy and not consecutively. I moved the day I normally do legs with my trainer to Monday.
I try to get in 20 minutes early to hit a set of front squats before we start. Hit 190, 3x10 and 225 1x2. We start going through the workout:
Super set back squats and leg press
Deads
Super set DB Bench Squats and stationary kettle bell lunges
Finished with kettle bell front squats
Did some leg curls on my own at the end
I say all that to say my abs are
right now.
