I never thought id be doing shyt like the addition of outdoor morning runs to my morning routine and IF in order to lose and/or maintain weight..but at 32 it is getting more challenging to stay between 225-230 for some reason

Dont say that, Im turning 31 next month and looking to drop like 40lbs next year :sadcam:

Been maintaining at ~3000 calories with no cardio tho so :yeshrug:

Got some Yohimbine HCL and L-Tyrosine coming so I can go all-in on these Lyle McDonald Stubborn Fat Protocols next week before I get back into my normal bulking mode

Tough to say where my BF% is right now, between creatine and my lack of attention to sodium consumption I am always full of water. But I'm only cutting for 1 more week so I'm going for all-in whether necessary or not :smugdraper:

Ditching tricep extensions killed all my elbow pain.
Did your elbow pain ever come back after cutting out tricep extensions? My elbow been hurting for like 2-3 weeks, last week friday I finally told myself to take a break so this shyt can heal. I copped a sleeve & I'ma get back in the gym on Monday.

Lost 4 lbs in the last 9 days at 2200 calories :what:

I'm still over 200g carbs too so it aint like its all just water flushing out :what:

I think I need to cut down on my physical activity :merchant:
