That's basically how college was for me. Could never get optimal rest because my body got in this shytty habit of waking me up to piss at like 4am all the goddamn time. If it wasn't that it was the goddamn bright street lights shining through the window. Now that I'm at home and having a more regimented schedule and sleeping in a much darker room I'm sleeping like as long as I don't have too much to drink at night.man I cant get enough sleep AGAIN
