Decided to take a break from strength maintenance today and did a session of upper body German Volume Training. shyt was :bryan:

Might have to sprinkle a few of those sessions in on occasion. Wouldn't want to do it as my regular program, but cot damn at that pump

You will get wide as a house doing weighted pullups


you ain't lyin. i'm up to 70lbs now (i weigh 182). The transformation over time was crazy. Started at like 25lbs and just kept uppin and getting stronger. Everybody at the gym lookin over at me like :lupe:

Be vegetarian at a meat filled cookout. I just keep reminding myself that meat doesnt taste any differently than I remember.

High pulling 295 no problem but just can't hack 305. I mean I can do it but I can't accelerate with it very well. :lupe:

Man had to use the safety rack on the last set of squats, tired to get that extra depth and hit failure. For some reason I found it funny :manny:
