Just do a circuit workout with pushups, squats, and burpees all with bodyweight. Heart rate will spike hard. You will need to take rests. Make it a HIIT workout.What's the best cardio to do if running isn't an option (stuck in the snow/cold)
Bikingidoesn't really do it for me, I do 6 miles and get off like...that wasn't shyt.
But if you are looking for endurance cardio....cant help you there. I like incline walking on a treadmill. 6% incline for low intensity, 10% incline for endurance. 3.5 mph
