Heavy deadlifting after heavy high bar squats wasn't bad at all. I actually felt strong as fukk. Full body sessions may be the movement :ohhh:

I cant do upper and lower on the same day but I :camby: that 1 body part a day shyt long ago

Hitting everything 2x/week with a 4 day cycle :noah:

Didn't think I'd have it in me today, worked 10 hours yesterday where for probably 6 of them I was walking around and squatting. Woke up this morning wiped of all energy.

Nothing a little caffeine and loud music can't cure though. Now I'm sitting here pumped and ready to hit the road and start back day.

I played ice hockey last Friday. There were 8 guys on our team so three subs on the bench. It was a good workout but I was burned out and left the ice early, like after an hour and 15 minutes. It was open hockey so it's kind of like pick-up basketball. You can leave whenever.
So, I was feeling pretty burned out from that for the next two days. But, I forced myself into the gym on Sunday.

especially the deadlifting after squats....
