man I've went from 120 to 133 in three or so months of lifting. bench went from 135 max to 225 :banderas: gonna try to gain like another 7-10 pounds of muscle and start that cut in march

I hate not seeing my abs without flexing breh, this is torture :lupe:

If you can't see your abs withoutflexing you are probably at 15% bodyfat or higher. That is the point you should cut at unless you are trying to really get huge

It is yout call obviously but a standard philosophy would be to bulk until you hit 15% then cut to sub-10% then repeat that cycle indefinitely. Some people would rather just be fat for a while rather than cut often.
