So swagged in the gym today rocking this t-shirt

with the arms cut out of course, and curled out till I burled out. Shoulda seen the looks I was getting :dahell: :comeon: :stopitslime: :snoop: :pacspit:, even had a rather masculine chick hit me with :usure:. I said, Yea, I'm sure. Pointed at the shirt, then addresed each one of them individually :umad:, yea you definitely :umad:
After thet were sufficiently vexed to my satisfaction, i swagged out while triumphantly doing the dougie. I heard someone scream out Can you teach me how to do that?! I turned back and :jawalrus: "Tomorrow?

These 2600-2800 cals just aint cutting it anymore for my attempt at a clean bulk. When I was at 153 I was slowly gaining, but I been stuck at 161 for a few weeks now (and a chunk of that increase came from starting on creatine)

Really have been mentally struggling going over 3000, I aint trying to get fat just trying to clean bulk up to 165-170. fukk it, I'm bumping up to 3200. @Majestyx sounds like you need to follow suit. Grab a gallon of whole milk and lets put in some work

Well then grab some 100% whole wheat bread (the good kind that is 100 calories a slice with 3g fiber) and a tub of real butter and take in an easy 300. Because this sub-3000 diet just aint cutting it

true. i gotta figure something out, cuz i was tryin to get to 170-180 and then cut down to about 155-165, but eating is a god damn chore. working out is fun as fukk tho. and this fat i've acquired on my lower abs fukking annoys me
