yeah RDL compromises the back too much at the bottom of the lift.


105lbs. high reps.
It felt like a never ending cramp, I almost shut it down for that workout. I couldn't do anything explosive after that.

my biology professor said creatine is practically useless for muscle growth

:ohhh:
Ambiguous statement. If he means that creatine doesn't magically make muscles appear, he's right. If he's saying that it doesn't enhance performance which typically leads to muscle growth, he's wrong.

Creatine is in beef jerky. The beef retains the creatine during the drying process :yes:
