Peanut Butter is good
Banana is good
Oatmeal is good

Peanut butter, banana and oatmeal together is disgusting.

Boy :whew: re-introducing deadlifts after a year is a bytch. Swings and snatches helped maintain a little bit but deadlifts are in a class of their own.

I forgot how mental deadlifts are. Thinking of yourself has leg pressing the weight makes shyt feel 50lbs lighter. Clinching the hell out of your upperbody is essential to do that.

Before picking it up I think "Clinch, push"...nother rep :myman:

You must me doing it wrong. Or using shytty PB. Cause that shyt is the GOAT 5-min breakfast.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
big spoon of PB (Maple or Cinna-Raisin Swirl for me usually)
scoop Trutein cinnabun protein powder
1/2 banana....maybe some raisins/blueberries if I feel like it

But maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, shyt is heaven :blessed:

Had to resort to dirty tactics to start putting on some weight.

Got the inevitable bulge.

Shouldn't be hard to lose it when it comes time though.
