Upright rows are slept on for neck and traps. I do them with resistance bands and that shyt is :noah:

The jeans and fitted cap phenomenon has made its way to my gym.. Never even noticed it til somebody said something here..

I was doing good with my diet until I had that shepherds pie placed in front of me:noah:

Chest/Arms hypertrophy...my incline bench has always been weak... last week hit 70lbs dumbbells for 8...this week I said :mjpls: and shot up to 80...I got it... I didn't hit 8 reps... I only hit 7 :wow:

PHAT is making me proud of myself!

And tomorrow is a much needed rest day. The first two weeks really didn't phase me...week 3 is over and I'm :dead:.

I have a rule against getting at chicks in the gym (its my place of therapy, last thing i need is a bad break up with someone I'm gonna see the majority of the time

but :noah: I'm regretting this one brehs.
