Damn this week was a waste. I ate junk all week and drank tons of beer and it's only Friday. :smh:

I blame it on the NBA Playoffs and Finals. Too much temptation at the pub. Plus staying up too late has me feeling flabby.

PRob gonna run in at lunch and do abs

Mayne I saw this dude at the Chelsea branch of my gym w/these hook boots that let him hang upside down to do chinups.... I need to look into that

not hating but that just seems like a cry for attention for him or anyone else trying to use them. i find it hard to see the benefit from a strength or muscle building standpoint. i'd look at someone in the gym doing that like :comeon:

Got kicked out gym yesterday on my upper body hypertrophy day before i got a chance to do tri's

fukk they close an hour early for on friday for???

Only did 7 reps :sadcam: just did box squats yesterday thoigh so :manny:


ramp up the weight breh. if you hitting 405x7, IMO its better to do 425x3-5.


deadlifts have given me the best results going HEAVY, plus its best to not do lifts like that going for 10, the form tends to get lax in the higher reps. lax form on deadlifts:weirdo:

nikka I know that. I usually do 445 in the 3-5 range.

had a good workout today, but I feel like I should have been able to handle more on my shoulder press (hypertrophy day). The lifts for my back and chest are all increasing :shaq:

I havent added weight to my pull ups yet on phat. I can do 10-13 unweighted. good time to add weight?
