Yo breh... for bench... if your wrists are aggy fukk with some wrist wraps. Last time I benched I hit 3x8x215, I'm finally about to cross that threshold

That's the thing though the wristwrap I use aren't nearly as effective as some tape, but those damn near cut my circulation.

My girl's niece (14) made so much money doing personal training for her classmates in high school, she just copped a macbook pro, hired an agent and entered herself in some fitness competitions.



I wasnt doing shyt productive at 14

How do you guys feel about neutral/hammer grip pullups...?

They give a good tingle/stretch down the middle of my back. Definitely is more comfortable. No stress on my shoulders and elbows when I do regular pullups.
