I tried to help you. I gave a legit answer in a way. Doing a decline bench vs. flat bench will work different areas of your muscles (I was told. The person who gave me my the information could be wrong.)

I could have replied with nonsense like my typical goofy/drunk self. Something off-topic about designer soap and how it coats my naked skin well.

what are you talking about you can legit argument that its an iso movement .

I did it today when done right you shouldnt be using your forearms . It should be all biceps so that argument is trash.

I was asking the difference as in maybe range of motion maybe you go deeper .

Something else i notice you have to use lighter weights to do it right other wise u will use your shoulders, back, forearms to cheat.

Thats why i said you can make an argument for iso for this exercise .

Took my first rest day in two weeks yesterday and today I'm feeling like a lazy bum. Progress pic due in two weeks, I gotta stay on it. Had planned on resting two days but I think I'll get back in the gym today.

I have fell in love with working out my back...weighted pullups and rows for the past month. My biceps are god status while my horse shoe has vanished.:snoop:

My callouses have been healing faster as well...need to quit beating my meat with soo much lotion. :patrice:
