Does anybody get light headed when bench pressing? Maybe its anxiety, but whenever I lay down on that bench I feel strange. If I dont have a spotter I cant bench because I feel like I'll drop it, even if its a weight I can control. Probably head games :to:

Saw a chick in the gym yesterday, super tight leggings, attention whoring behavior (looking around, calling attention to herself), wearing make up and perfume :wtf:

More focused on pulling a dude than a workout :snoop: I'm mad cuz she was using a machine I wanted to use

:ufdup: Ain't nothing wrong with leggings. I always get a wedgie on the treadmill when I wear shorts. I can't comment on the other stuff though.

Climbing the steps to your bedroom on leg day
shyt try going up three flights of stairs. Either on leg days or after a long run I just look at those steps and mentally prepare for the climb lol. Wouldn't be so bad if it was right after the workout. But by the time I get home it's been a good 30 minutes and the leg fatigue has kicked in.

apparently some of the females in the gym were not prepared for the heat and shyt...i almost threw up in the water fountain getting a whiff of the ladys locker room..fountain is near the entrance...a chick came out of it and :huhldup:...GOTDAMN!!!:damn:...straight up badussy in there...trout status....smell was unbelievable :smh:

word. :jawalrus: funny how those are more difficult for high reps w/ bodyweight only. Did 4 sets of 25 on my left leg, and could barely get my ass off the couch for a week after that. There were moments where I thought I'd sustained an injury :merchant:

Tried the sauna for the first time and :ohhh: I love it when :krs:.

Made it past 10mins imma go for 15 tomorrow :lupe:


Ever since I been going raw :scheme: I get grossed out at some of the food on instagram.


I really hope I adapt some of this lifestyle for life after my detox.

Whole fresh fruit in the am for breakfast is amazing.

Don't think in can go back well I hope not.

I'm full and still have energy.
