these weekends are fukking killing me, blackout three nights in a row, ate like shyt and didnt touch a weight all weekend. thinking once summers done i might take a good month or two off from it alltogether

Tried this out and definitely felt it in my chest more than I normally do with my feet flat on the ground.
U know what, I tried this for PHAT upper power day and it actually helped... got 3x5x235 off

Gonna bring the scale to the gym and get down to the mystery of the different bars they have. Somethings not right brays

Did leg presses yesterday. One leg at a time. Definitely feels different that way.

Might make the shift to hammer strength for chest presses.

The wide chest press machine.. :wow:... nothing crushes my chest like that.

The decline hits my chest very good too.

When i stopped drinking, my body never felt better and my lifts improved like crazy.


But im back to drinking regularly, gotta live :(
