I'm going to have to change my warm up (number of sets) for deadlifts. By the time I got to my working weight I was already out of gas.
Hammy's are taken care of with squats....I can feel the pain in my ass, quads and hams. Calves...I guess do your own thing.
Is there a specific routine out there for the max? I can't crack 300..i'm lightweight though I always be feelin hella dizzy at the end

oh...you supposed to rest the day afterdid GVT on dumbbell chest press yesterday with 96lbs. Now I'm doing db rows and this 155 feels ridiculously heavy
First 4 sets I did 185 then the last six I brought it down to 155...100 squats.
