Nice. I have a basic one myself (Power Rack 4.1 - Residential). Hope it treats you well
Damn that's a clean one you got and it looks like you can add accessories to it.Nice. I have a basic one myself (Power Rack 4.1 - Residential). Hope it treats you well
It's a very solid rack and would suffice for most people. I bought it during covid so I paid a little more but I was able to slowly add accessories since then to the point I own almost all of them. The monolift attachment, cable crossover, and curl package are basically the only ones I don't own.Damn that's a clean one you got and it looks like you can add accessories to it.
I'ma have to keep that one in mind for the future.
Nothing loli woke up and hooped across 4 hours today (6-10am). Apple Watch said I ran 9 miles and burned 3425 calories

You workout everyday
Stop telling on yourself brehI stopped using preworkout powder. I find that it's unnecessary.
I just eat like 90 minutes or 1 hour before a workout. Make sure I get enough carbs for energy, and that's plenty.
In a pinch, a cup of coffee is just fine. I don't think people need preworkout powder but it's become a habit for a lot of guys.
I don't think stuff like preworkout matters at all.Stop telling on yourself breh
Varying levels of intensityYou workout everyday
45 minutes? How many lifts are you doing in that time? Please post the workout you are doing in 45 minutes.I don't think stuff like preworkout matters at all.
In my mind, it has almost no impact on a person's gains.
People think "If I take preworkout, I have more energy, my workouts will be more productive". And in reality, I think technique, and merely the will to push a set to failure, or close to failure is far more important.
If people are training with the proper intensity and focus and form, they're out of the gym in 45 minutes, give or take.
Nobody needs preworkout to get through a 45 minute training session if they're eating well.
