I use that #POWDA before I leave the house everydayDo any of y'all use Pre-workout before y'all lift or do y'all go in with nothing?
If so, what are the benefits?
I train early AM so getting up even earlier for a meal doesn’t make sense.
I do the same, wake up about 5am and try to workout about 6-630 for 2 hours and then do a 2nd workout about 6-7 hours later since I do all my lifting on the weekend.I train early AM so getting up even earlier for a meal doesn’t make sense.
Plus caffeine……
I get caffeine headaches so for me I only use PWO when I really need it(morning workouts or if I'm extremely tired for some reason).Do any of y'all use Pre-workout before y'all lift or do y'all go in with nothing?

take a scoop of protein powder before you leave the house to habe fuel in the tank and take #Powda at the gym if you need the morning kick.... The protein shake before the gym will be the gsme changer in terms of feeling fueled for the whole workout.I do the same, wake up about 5am and try to workout about 6-630 for 2 hours and then do a 2nd workout about 6-7 hours later since I do all my lifting on the weekend.
Work 12-hour days through the week, so makes it harder to get shyt in during the week, but I get Friday through Monday to get as much as I can done.

Very rare I don’t do something everyday. I worked late last night so skipped the gym today. Went for a walk outside then came in and did a few Peleton classes. How many days y'all usually hit the gym up or workout 4-5?
