I stopped using preworkout powder. I find that it's unnecessary.
I just eat like 90 minutes or 1 hour before a workout. Make sure I get enough carbs for energy, and that's plenty.

In a pinch, a cup of coffee is just fine. I don't think people need preworkout powder but it's become a habit for a lot of guys.

:salute: right on for the responses, I usually don't take anything or eat before I workout and have been feeling sluggish as shyt when I start up.

I'll have to change that and get something either to eat or take a Pre-workout drink before I lift.
I train early AM so getting up even earlier for a meal doesn’t make sense.

Plus caffeine……

I do the same, wake up about 5am and try to workout about 6-630 for 2 hours and then do a 2nd workout about 6-7 hours later since I do all my lifting on the weekend.

take a scoop of protein powder before you leave the house to habe fuel in the tank and take #Powda at the gym if you need the morning kick.... The protein shake before the gym will be the gsme changer in terms of feeling fueled for the whole workout.
