Maxed out for the first time in years, definitely like the progress I made from starting back in February.
Bench - 220
Overhead - 125
Deadlift - 255
Squat - hitting later today when I do my 2nd workout
Not sure if this was strength I had from when I was younger or strength gained from the past 2 months, but I'm definitely gonna keep pushing and see where I end up at the end of the year.
EDIT: Squat max done, sitting at 270. So nice starting position to be in for everything and now time to put in work.
