Maxed out for the first time in years, definitely like the progress I made from starting back in February.

Bench - 220
Overhead - 125
Deadlift - 255
Squat - hitting later today when I do my 2nd workout

Not sure if this was strength I had from when I was younger or strength gained from the past 2 months, but I'm definitely gonna keep pushing and see where I end up at the end of the year.

EDIT: Squat max done, sitting at 270. So nice starting position to be in for everything and now time to put in work.

Any of the brehs fukk with Landmine exercises on here, tried them for the first time in a while and them shyts ain't too bad.

You get a real good range of motion depending on the exercise.
