I don't do all that

I'm not understanding y'all. My upper body is built. At my max I was 205, arms, traps and chest and calves but I had a lot of fat. I don't remember my meal plan then. As I started bjj, I started Keto and got shredded and I don't have as much mass but I am still shredded and except for bench press, I'm like 30-40 pounds on all weights I was lifting when I was bigger. And I also told you I'm gaining in my hips and ass pause, so how am I not eating enough? I don't got time to track and mark down what I eat and use a scale and shyt. I'm 6'0 187
Good luck to you

No Smiff Machine on Squat, only belt and knee wraps
For two plates?... At your height?......... :skip:

Well considering you "don't have time" to figure out your macros (or what macros are for that matter), weigh food out to have an idea of what you need, or have an idea of what caloric balance you need......

Lmao thanks on the luck. I'm not trying to be Ronnie Coleman, I just started working legs the last few months. Wear a knee sleeve after years of Basketball and Osgood Schlatter. My bad Muscle bound Marcus's.

I don't want a meal plan or supplement plan, but some of the comments helped about more quad centric and maybe the way I been squatting and I guess eat more carbs, so thanks overall.

No one was saying any of that. What you fail to realize is that a solid meal plan and a program like starting strength would provide more progress than what you are doing. You would need to juice like crazy and have good genetics to look like any pro bodybuilder and you honestly would never make it to someone like Colemans level. My routine and meal plan is 1000 times better than what you are doing and I would get laughed off the stage against folks who wouldn't it top 10 at Olympia. Not trying to be harsh just need to give you and others who share similar thoughts a reality check. If you struggle with the basics, you're delusional if you think you can look like Coleman or any Olympia champ.

He's a part of the population that think proper weight training only entails "lifting weights" and since it is a brain dead activity all that extra stuff is superfluous.....

But that's good. The Law of Conservation of Mass and Aesthetics says that there'll just be more gains for the rest of us to split.

:mjlol: That one always gets me when rugular-ass dudes hit the ":whoa: I ain't tryna be IFBB pro big" button like that was one of their options. You have suboptimal genetics, a middling work ethic, almost no actual drive, and your knowledge on how to manipulate the human body through space is nonexistent, plus you won't touch gear. Nah, if you're lucky you'll hit Winter Soldier or Captain America levels for a lil minute and then fade.

A lot of brawds be on the same type of time though, like if they touch a barbell or do a bench press they'll turn into She-Hulk when the best they can realistically hope for is Agent Carter. You have no discipline in the kitchen and your androgen levels are low like Urkel's. :stopitslime:

Does creatine or pre workout count as "gear"?
