Got some 7mm knee sleeves in transit. Never used sleeves before. Will this change my whole life?

No, especially if you don’t squat that heavy, often, or have trash form. :ld:

I like to put mine on like 30 minutes out from the gym, that way my knees are already warm and I can skip the stretching and jump straight into my warmup sets.

7mm knee sleeves for squats and front squats;
5mm knee sleeves for presses and deadlifts. :yeshrug:

Do they help with stability for presses? Didn't know they were used during upper lifts.

I do all of my military presses standing and it's not uncommon for my quads to start straining from their role stabilizing. I think the sleeves help to cut down some of that.

I definitely think they help a little with trying to engage the quads during the bench press when driving up during the concentric.
