The new space in my gym is a game changer and it’s not even fully equipped yet

Random creh bothered to put two yoga mats and two 25 pound bumpers on the leg press instead of adjusting the back rest but did his whole leg day in flip flops. :dead:
And I'm sure everyone who goes to the gym consistently has seen something similar sadly.

Yoooo. What’s the best supplements to take while trying to bulk?

Vague-ass question proves you are not worthy.

Most supps don't do shyt or they don't do enough to make a difference.

Some of the few that work/might make a difference:
- Pre-workout (aka that #POWDA!)
- Creatine monohydrate
- Mass gainers (aka #POWDER)*
- Protein powders (whey, casein, egg) (also #POWDER)*
- Fish oil
- Type II collagen
-Mutivitamins and specific Vitamins/Minerals if you're deficient

*These are just macronutrients that make it more convenient for you to increase protein and possibly carbs and total calories taken in.

^This, even though it's not a supplement.

@Flu Game502 If you're not eating/drinking enough calories to gain weight, your bulk will be a failure, regardless of what supplements you take.

Yeah, you not gonna make it. @Starski @TM101 @trap101 Come instill some knowledge in this cretin before I kill all humanity. :picard:

@Flu Game502 That person is a fukking idiot, for multiple reasons.

  • Pizza is high in sodium. Your BP would prolly jump through the roof.
  • A surplus of calories greater than what's required for muscle protein synthesis and anabolism won't build any extra muscle; you'll just burn whatever you can off naturally or store it as fat.
  • Pizza isn't cheap. Unless you're a legit 6 figure coli breh, there are much better ways to bulk (financially).
  • Pizza is not high in protein or especially calorically dense.
  • Eating that much pizza would become pretty unhealthy pretty fast.
  • Since that's not a balanced or complete diet, you're still gonna have to eat quite a lot on top of that.

Imma assume you're trolling at this point and send you to the Shadow Realm after this post.
