From what I remember(it's been years since I read it) the Bulgarian Method wasn't squating everyday though. I was mainly speaking in that. If I am wrong then I have no problem admitting to thatBulgarian Method for PL is amazing for adding pounds to your PLT in a short amount of time.
- Brb adding pounds to squat and dead and bench.
- Brb legsbget bigger, might need new drawers.
- Brb legs feel bulletproof and you never get DOMS.
Powerlifting is the sport of Squat+Bench+Deadliff, not S+B+D+RB+R.![]()

Bulgarian for PL will have you squatting 5+ times a week. (I’ve done 10x a week max and was.)![]()
