This is why you let me go out into the wild too soon Sensei...why did you not put me onto the Nectar of Preservation????....:to:....I could bush my collagen and get true Godly lubrication ...........:dame:...... for the joints

If you didn't ask, I didn't tell. Wait, wut? :dame:

I keep the MVU in my daily stack and don't even buy Animal Flex like that unless my joints are getting beaten up by my routine like that. (⏸️)

My daily stack:
- Ashwagandha
- Fish oil
- Multi
- Turmeric
with the Move Free Ultra has me limber like that and I'm even stressing warm-up sets

But yeah, after taking multiple joint supps over the years I find this combo to be the most effective and cost effective.

Orange Triad is cool in theory, but it's an expensive multi and lacks some things found in Animal Flex. It's a jack of all trades that's cool if you're not hurting like that. Plain old collagen is overrated, and glucosamine/MSM is mid at best. :yeshrug:

I use that same stack daily, but I'm always on the lookout for the miracle pills to keep the joint inflammation down....I knew about the Animal pak but completely forgot about it, if anything I'll cop the individual ingredients and make my own mix from them. <y only issue been the glucosamine, I don't know what is in it, but the few types I've tried I've always had an allergic reaction to them which is weird cause I eat shellfish with no issues...........Whatver could be done to not be on @Gully Bull time.....

Yeah...I'm all for DIY'ing supps and and easy shyt like #POWDA!, but making your own Animal Pak sounds like more trouble than it's worth. More power to you though. :hubie:

Good, you're using sleeves. :whew: I'm a big fan of wearing them into the gym.

I would add this (name brand or generic):
imageService

(generic of name brand) and ditch the solo collagen.

If that alone doesn't help, add this:
Animal Flex | Universal Nutrition Europe

As for the warming up thing, ehh. I do two sets of 5 with the empty bar + 3-4 warm-up sets of 2-5 reps.
Good shout

If you aint already on that path, it’s too late:banderas:

I mean maybe instead of rest we focus on rehabbing the knee and getting it back to moving properly then come back strong?................:ehh:
Knee specialist last year said it was knee tendinitis from overuse. Extended Rest is the only thing I haven’t tried. This throws a wrench into dropping my two mile personal best. :aicmon:

Did the knee specialist say anything about the effects of running on your joints?

I ain’t mention it :obama:

At the time, I was playing racquetball 4 days a week and squatting 3-4 days a week besides the running.

@Son Goku the squat every day program really sent punched my ticket to the shadow realm :heh:

I would advise you talk them about it now rather than later. I don't know how fast you are trying to get your 2 mile time to but running is brutal on your joints (knees and hips) especially if you don't have proper shoes, supports, and are running on tough terrain. At the very least, you're knee specialist can make your running isn't contributing to more damage to your knees.

Clearly I'm not a specialist, but isometrics wouldn't work in the interim to build a higher load tolerance gradually?.........Of course I may be simplifying things and don't know if it is just tendonitis or more. I had tracking issues and tendonitis emerged from it...turned out an old hamstring injury I never rehabbed properly fukked my shyt up. Once I corrected that by strengthening the hammies things looked great.

Once this month is done, I’ll reevaluate my entire set up. :salute:

As of Thursday, I didn’t feel any pain while running but the front squat felt life threatening.

Seems like you’ve been doing a lot of things right for a while. Maybe it’s time to help resurrect the #POWDA coat of arms :steviej:

You know damn well the Great Sage Equalling Heaven @Son Goku ain’t tell nobody to squat erryday while playing racquetball 4x a week and also running.

You like the folks that take the whole damn bottle of pills instead of following the directions then get fukked up and try to sue. :usure:

I ain’t say that you did. I remember live updating daily of my seven day streak and how each day got marginally worse :manny:

I tip my hat (pause) to those YouTubers that squat every day and they’re on like day 500

Two clowns almost started fighting in the gym :snoop:

One guy puts all his shyt down in the middle of the cable machine then walks away. Then he tried to come back 10 minutes later to do cable flyes but someone had already started working there while he was gone. 5:45 in the morning and we yelling and fussing over equipment? :dahell:
I mean, the dude that left his shyt there is clearly in the wrong. You can’t leave shyt somewhere and never start working on that bench/machine, and expect to hold it for 10 minutes while other people are at the gym trying to work. But the other person also clearly didn’t give a fukk and wanted that work. I usually respect when someone has their bag/equipment near a bench, but if I don’t see them around there for a good while, I’m not waiting for them to come back. It’s disrespectful to everyone else to hold shyt until you’re good and ready. Wait around for your bench if need be like everyone else.
