not seeing the results i want so started eating peanut butter out the jar. hope i don’t get fat but need to eat more anyway


is spamming one arm seated dips a good idea for increasing my bench press?

Some methods that might be better:
- benching more often (4-6x a week)
- benching heavier weight for fewer reps
- using a Slingshot
- improving your leg drive
- building a thicker back
- building stronger lats
- incorporating speed bench work (this is prolly more useful for strong folks)
- taking longer rests between sets


But do what the fukk you wanna do like the Hodge twins say. :hubie:

Anybody eat plant based, or vegetarian? What a typical meal looks like. Feel like it’s been hard cutting weight. Trying to get shredded for my Miami trip in august. I’m 6’2” 253 right now trying to get to the 230s. Feels like my metabolism nose dived this year turning 38.

Did the all the nsuns sets as singles to see where the toe was. Almost died in the hole hitting 365 but I grinded it out for a struggle single

Running m’lord 2suns’ program in the gym right now.

Got a soca fete next Monday to pop out to.

Just gotta go super hard with the treadmill incline this week, 2 hours, 5 days, only bananas & fruits (gonna have beef jerky, grilled chicken & supplements for protein intake of course) for the week then shirtless all summer :blessed:

Also just ordered this lean mass gainer :banderas:

Two weeks of maintenance then :demonic:

120 lb Weight vest from rogue fitness coming soon too :mjpls:

Beef Jerky……hella sodium, might want to cut that for these purposes

So you’re going shirtless all summer but you are gonna ??? After the two weeks of maintenance ??

Is the 120lb vest for mental fortitude reasons or you plan to walk in it for extended miles?

Are you actually bulking or cutting because that weight vest seem like it’s gonna be hell recovering from if you using it all the time

What’s the point of “lean” mass gainer though?

What was the part you was saying about the two weeks, you might’ve deleted it by accident.

I already use a 50 lb vest for dips and pull-ups, eventually I wanna go up to 100 lbs & the vest I’m eyeing has removable plates so it’ll be perfect.

For now I’m cutting but I’m still lifting heavy. I do a lot of calisthenics with a light mix of machines (I can do 250 on a incline chest machine, no idea what my bench press is haven’t tried it since last year)

With the lean mass I want to be able get bigger while also being low on carbs (it’s 125g). If I don’t get the results I want I might switch off it, we’ll see.
