Anybody eat plant based, or vegetarian? What a typical meal looks like. Feel like it’s been hard cutting weight. Trying to get shredded for my Miami trip in august. I’m 6’2” 253 right now trying to get to the 230s. Feels like my metabolism nose dived this year turning 38.

My delts hurt just thinking about doing OHP
I can barely make a tight first with my left hand
I did a body rep squat and felt my hip flexors come alive (in a bad way) at the bottom of the movement
The feeling of bumping your pinky toe against a bed frame is what my entire feet feel like
I had to pull over to manually consciously breathe because I noticed I was taking shallow breathes on autopilot due to a right mid back


I haven’t lifted since Sunday and every day has been progressively worse :damn:

not seeing the results i want so started eating peanut butter out the jar. hope i don’t get fat but need to eat more anyway


is spamming one arm seated dips a good idea for increasing my bench press?
