Pan seared tilapia. OMG it's too good and took like 30 mins from freezer to plate. Individually wrapped frozen fish is the business, especially when you don't have a lot of time to cook.

Can one of you PHAT experts help me out..

What's the deal with these 6 sets of 3 on hypertrophy days?

3 reps with 70% of my squat max feels :shaq2:

How long should I be resting between sets? I can't/dont like to rest more than 1 min thanks to GVT and usually chill between 30-45 for the 6 sets but I still feel like I wasted a squatting day. Same goes for 6X3 pendlay rows feels like a waste.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

It would be very helpful for technique purposes, if Keith could film Kevin in cycling shorts as he squats, going slowly up and down. while Kevin films close-up from behind, capturing all the finer points of the exercise.

It will be very helpful for all us who want to learn how to do it properly.

I just ran a mile (outside of course) for the first time since I had knee surgery in July.

shyt felt :ahh: and :to: at the same time. I'm happy tho. I struggle with anxiety and depression sometimes and I dare anybody to feel depressed or anxious while running.

Sidenote: I didn't get these problems until I started working a full time desk job. I think my body naturally despises a sedentary lifestyle and without constant physical activity it acts out against itself. :ohhh:

But the money is too good to pass up. :ohlawd:

I'm about 3 weeks away from squatting my body weight in the Stronglifts program.
Part of me feels :blessed: and part of me feels :why: about actually doing it...
185 wasn't exactly "fun" to lift today.
